1. Introduction

We may set reasonable technical limits, including maximum file size, number of conversions, or storage duration for uploaded files.

4. File Processing and Storage

• Files you upload are processed automatically to provide the requested tools (such as compressing, converting, merging, or editing PDFs).
• We do not claim ownership of the content of your files. You retain all rights to your documents.
• Processed files and originals may be stored temporarily and deleted automatically after a limited period or sooner at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
• While we take reasonable technical measures, we cannot guarantee that files will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable, and we do not accept liability for such loss except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and all related materials, is owned or licensed by PrestigePDF and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. 6. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a paid plan or subscription, pricing, billing period, and features are described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Except where required by law, all fees are non‑refundable once the billing period has started.

If we are found liable despite the above, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim or 50 USD (or equivalent).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrestigePDF and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, where we have a valid reason. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately stop. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
